Spark! Pro series - 13th April 2022 Spiceworks Originals. It's probably an easy fix but I'm not too familiar with SharePoint in Office 365. I have seen fixes that relate to the user's registry settings from the client side but this looks like it is a problem with the SharePoint configuration. Ideally, I would like to remove and rebuild the OneDrive directories for these users but I have not found a solution that I think applies to our situation. It even says "Documents we have in common" as though the folder belongs to someone else. When the user goes to their OneDrive link via a browser, the normal upload / sync etc controls are not available and the desktop application cannot sync to the user's folder. Everything worked back then without any problem but since migrating and syncing AD for SSO, this is no longer working. We have recently moved our organisation to Office 365 and encountered an issue with our test users when accessing OneDrive. These users were in our test group when trialing Office 365.
